About the Item
Jewelry box completely handmade in gold-plated sterling silver and brown fire enamel in the shape of a trunk.
The shape is rectangular with a convex hinged lid.
The frame of the jewelry box has been engraved and enriched with roses and then gilded. The closure is also hinged with a fake padlock closure, also gilded.
The enamel is brown, and had to have several passages in the oven to fix the enamel permanently.
The interior has been padded with red velvet, suitable for having the function of jewelry box and to be able to place your jewelry without the risk of it being scratched.
Made Valenza - Italy in the silversmith's laboratory of ARVAL ARGENTI VALENZA at the end of the 70s
