About the Item
Octagonal snuffbox in 925/1000 sterling silver gold plated with English Queen Anne style borders and sides with translucent fired enamel on hand engraving similar to wood grain. On the lid, a very fine fire-enameled miniature hand-painted by the painter Renato Dainelli, depicting a glimpse of Venice. Measurements cm. 5.5 x 6.5 x 2.5. Weight gr. 182. Designed by Franco Salimbeni in 1984 and manufactured in Florence in the headquarters of the Salimbeni company with completely manual execution by artisan artists with high thickness slab and large reinforcements suitable to support numerous large-scale enamelling firings fire at approximately 800° C. Price
It is a new object that has never been used but is considered vintage because it was built more than 20 years ago.
