The tent top Tea caddy of octagonal shape with extensive Silver scrollwork spanning across each panel of the exterior beautifully fixed with small pins located at various intervals and surmounted by an ornate loop handle. When opened the Tea Caddy reveals a Tortoiseshell lid with a Silver handle and traces of foil through the interior Tea compartment. The Tea Caddy dates to the late 19th century Victorian period 1898.
