About the Item

A round, antique French chandelier, pendant made of hand crafted polished brass, in good condition. The hand blown cut crystal prisms are attached, halted to the ceiling lamp brass frame, each of the glass pieces is draping, hanging featuring a three light socket. The Parisian fixture is composed with six candle sticks, holders which are supported by a short curved arm. The detailed decor piece represents the First French Empire time period, era also known as Napoleonic France. The wires have been renewed. Wear consistent with age and use. circa 1860 - 1880, Paris, France.
