About the Item

This pair of antique French, silver plated candelabra in the Regence style are topped with incense burners, atop which sit flamed finials. The central column is fluted and hung with swags, leading the eye down to paw feet with claws, which are set upon a tri-form plinth. Three branches curl upwards from the central column, with recesses to hold three lights. The ornate silver work of these pieces make them a striking example of fine craftsmanship and design.
