About the Item

This striking pair of 19th century five-light candelabra combines the timeless artistry of Dutch Delft blue and white porcelain with the elegance of gilded bronze mounts. Each columnar shaft is finely decorated in the classic Delft palette of cobalt blue floral and geometric motifs, hand-painted with characteristic charm and precision. Mounted with detailed ormolu, including lion mask handles and scrolling arms, these candelabra are as opulent as they are refined. The five-light arrangement provides both symmetry and grandeur, with delicately cast scrolling branches culminating in foliate bobeches and candle cups.
