A pair of beautiful Modernist Sterling Silver Candelabra each with 6 candle holders of graduated heights. Designed in Copenhagen in c. 1950 these ''Bolgeslag" The Waves candelabra combine elegant modern simplicity with soft wave forms to create a unique pair of Silver Candelabra that are both sculptural forms in their own right as well as useful candelabra. Made in c. 1955 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Designed by Ibi Trier Mørch in c. 1950 for Anton Michelsen. Approx. Total Weight - 1886g / 60.64oz Approx. Length - 24cm Approx. Height - 16.7cm Approx. Width - 22.2cm Each Candelabrum has a series of Danish / Copenhagen Silver marks including code B9/F9. This Pair of Modern Danish Silver Candelabra are in excellent condition with no damage.
