Sculptural White and Blue Plaster Candles Holder

I'm an Italian artist and designer, currently based in Los Angeles, California. I was born in 1974, in Ravenna, Italy. After finishing my studies at the age of 19, I started working for Giulio Cappellini, whom I refer to as my mentor. Under his expert guidance, I was trained on the fullness of the creative process. As an independent artist, I experiment with multimedia techniques such as bronze, marble, wood, plaster, and black tar, which became my signature medium. My work is in numerous public and private collections, including the Mint Museum in Charlotte, North Carolina, Castello di Rivara in Turin, Italy, and the Louvre Museum in Dubai. Due to my rise to prominence on the international art scene, I was commissioned by Johnnie Walker to design and be the face of their worldwide advertising campaign for the production of a series of limited edition bottles that received the best packaging award in the U.K. I have also collaborated with design luxury brands like Promemoria Italy, designing a bronze limited edition chair, Nava helmet with a series of sculptural helmets, invisible doors with a sculptural door and door handles, to name a few.
