About the Item

A set of three Mid-Century Candelabras for 2 candles each in solid brass. Created and made by Arthur Petterson, he signed his candleholders “Arthur Pe Kolbäck”. He was born in 1919 in Kolbäck, Sweden, where he lived and worked all his live. Arthur Petterson had a training as a metalworker and started his own business “Arthur Petterssons Mekaniska Verkstad” in 1952 in the basement of his house. From that moment on he designed and produced brass candle-holders in his workshop. He continued this activity all his life, he didn’t retire, he just continued to create and produce brass candle-holders. Arthur Pettersson was 96 when he died on July 28, 2015. The production went under the brand name Arthur Pe KOLBÄCK
