A gorgeous, massive, three-arm candle sconce, designed by Rose Tarlow. Traditional neoclassical with chunky fluted, gracefully curved arms that extend upward to hold candles. This sconce was refinished in a custom paint and wax finish, exclusively for THE TASTEMAKER SHOPPE. The crisp palette feels chic, having a masculine contrast between the dark base and soft white candle arms. This exclusive Rose Tarlow sconce is no longer in production – making it rarer, more “specialty and found”. Rose Tarlow is one of the most original, respected talents in the design industry today with a line of furniture and textiles (exclusive to the trade). Her Melrose House showroom, based in LA is known for mixing traditional and modern aesthetics with casual elements like reclaimed wood, French oak beams, plaster, and stone. She blends antiques with minimalism, creating chic Californian interiors. Her A-List clients include David Geffen, Oprah, Barbara Walters, and others. Editor, Marian McEvoy wrote in Veranda Magazine that Tarlow, Albert Hadley, Jacques Grange, Michael Taylor, Renzo Mongiardino, and John Stefanidis, were six interior designers who had an "enormous impact on the design world."
