About the Item

An oval candle sconce in silver-coloured metal - mostly likely pewter. The oval panel is engraved with a simple design of a sunrise (or sunset) over the sea. The wooden back has a single hanging point which is stamped "SVENSKT TENN F8 AB" The piece is in art deco style; the stamp F8 denotes manufacture in 1932. It is in nicely made and in good overall condition with signs of age-appropriate wear including scratches and marks; aged patina left as found. Approximate dimensions: H 36.5 cm W 10.5 cm D 8cm
