About the Item

A stunning superbly cast 19th century parcel gilt candelabrum in the Rococo taste, showing a sculptural central column of entwined bronze parcel gilt bronze, rising from a pierced rocaille gilt bronze base to three foliate cast branches fitted with gilded nozzles bobeches, centred by a central nozzle. An exceptional example with each of the aforementioned elements being individually cast, gilded and assembled. Weighs approximately 9.5 lbs.
