About the Item
Antique Mercury Glass Candleholders 27.5" Tall - France/Bohemia - 19th Century
A rare set of tall mercury glass candleholders, the largest measuring an impressive 27.5 inches (70 cm) in height.
Crafted in France or Bohemia circa 1870–1900, these pieces feature warm-toned, naturally aged silvering with subtle variations and small air bubbles typical of 19th-century glassmaking.
The molded and pressed design recalls the neoclassical taste of the late 19th century, with fluted details and square bases providing elegant proportion.
Their exceptional scale makes them a striking decorative statement, whether displayed as a set or individually.
Fine example of European mercury glass craftsmanship.
Authentic patina that only age can provide.
