These wall candlesticks was hand-sculpted in Arvika, Sweden. The candlesticks are made in brass by famous Holmström Arvika, these ones are signed on the back. The amount of time and effort put into these candlesticks are enormous and add to the beautiful details.

Lars August Holmström was born in 1894 in Gävleborg County and died in Båstad. He was a Swedish mid-century art smith. Holmström participated in the Paris Exhibition and hit here with candlesticks and chandeliers and also with silver work. He is mentioned in French art magazines, where his work is referred to as a masterpiece of art.
