Condition: Overall good condition with traces and slightly deformation that commensurate with antique candle holders of the eighteenth century. In the past, zinc was added under the base of both candle holders.Probably to strengthen the connection between the foot and stem.Guaranteed not visible on the outside only under the base.
Description: A pair typically English bronze candleholders.
A tapered teardrop stem with a sharply upper knop. A band of strapwork encirceling the upper knot . The sockets are terminating in saucer like nozzle drip pans.
Heavy quality candlesticks which has proven to be durable over centuries
