About the Item

Elegant pair of tall candlesticks in the so-called "hurricane" style, with a silver-plated metal base and a blown glass vase-shaped bowl, also finished with a silver-plated metal rim. This style is often associated with Edwardian or Georgian decorative arts, which can sometimes be linked to royal or aristocratic families due to their elegant and formal appearance. Although these specific objects have no direct connection to any royal family, their design recalls the luxurious and refined furnishings typically found in palaces or stately homes.
