A set of 4 candlesticks by Arthur Pettersson in Kolbäck, Sweden, designed and produced at his own workshop in the 1950-60s. The candlestick are between 7 - 4.5 cm tall and they are made for smaller candles. They are all in excellent condition except from some minor scratches.
Arthur Pe, the trademark of Swedish craftsman Arthur Pettersson from Kolbäck, represents a unique fusion of functional design and traditional metal craftsmanship. Active from the early 1950s, he built a respected reputation for creating beautifully balanced objects in solid brass — from candleholders to small decorative pieces — all produced in his own mechanical workshop. His work is characterized by clean, purposeful forms and a timeless Scandinavian sensibility. Today, items bearing the “Arthur Pe Kolbäck” mark are sought after for their authentic mid-century character, exceptional workmanship, and the unmistakable charm of true Swedish small-scale production.
