A pair (2) of figural Empire candelabra candles. Paris, 1815s
Gilt bronze. Recessed pedestal base with palmette and floral decoration on a square plinth. The pair, dressed in antique-style costumes, are depicted as candlestick bearers, each holding a cornucopia with a quiver-like stem and butterfly finial, as well as three lateral trumpet arms, each with a candle holder and drip tray.
