Pair of silver-plated candlesticks designed by Jean Després, shaped like a fluted column with a square base and a cylindrical body. They feature a chain-like relief decoration at the top and bottom of the shaft, and a smooth circular disc at the top to hold the candle. The finish is shiny metallic with a natural patina of age. The signature is on the base.
