Wrought candleholders in iron by Manfred Bredohl for Bredohl Design Vulkanschmiede.
We have two of them in total, one large and one slightly smaller candlestick. You are bidding on the larger one, the smaller one is offered separately.
These two candleholders measure 94 and 125 cm in height and 34-38 cm in width. Very good condition.

Manfred Bredohl
Manfred Bredohl was a leading metal designer in the 1970s–80s with significant work in Germany and the United States. After his school days, Bredohl completed an apprenticeship in blacksmithing, which he completed in 1964 with his journeyman's examination. He then attended Prof. Fritz Ulrich's University of Applied Sciences in Aachen and passed the state examination to become a designer in 1967.
