Porcelain Panel Repeating Carriage Clock Gilded case with porcelain panels featuring finely painted floral scenes, beaded decoration around the dial and decorative carrying handle. The dial with Arabic numerals and original ‘blued’ steel hands. Eight day French movement with lever platform escapement and repeat facility striking the hours and halves on a coiled gong. C.1880 The clock measures: Height with handle up 7.5 inches Height with handle down: 6.5 inches width 4 inches Depth 4 inches
