A large late 19th century French bronze of Chronos holding a clock under his arm raised on a marble plinth and with his scythe. The casting of the bronze is superb quality.
The two train platform escapement with the makers mark on the back has an enamel dial with the original hands with passing half hour. S Marti
Cie, silver medal winners.
A small hairline crack to dial at nine o'clock
Width and depth are the marble plinth.
