An insanely spectacular postmodern wall clock designed by Shohei Mihara in the 80s and produced by Wakita and Canetti. Capturing the best of Memphis Milano’s influence on 1980s design, this clock has a round face, geometric accents, a fantastic use of colors and the best hands you’ve ever seen on a clock! Constructed from layers of enamel metal separated by rubber spacers to create a striking 3-D quality.
From an absolutely spectacular Rancho Mirage, California estate. it is in beautiful all original condition. The clock takes a single AA battery and signed on the back Wakita Paradise quartz made in Japan. Design: S. Mihara. Canetti (amazing maker of modern art pieces) name on center front of clock.
Please note: these wall clocks are extremely rare, especially in this condition. They have now become highly sought after an auction worthy. It is a really spectacular piece of 1980s Postmodern Wall Clock-modern design.
