About the Item
A superb quality desk set in rosewood with brass trim. The brass handles is an ornate design with acanthus motif and is flanked by crystal inkwells which sit into shallow recesses. There are brass troughs either side for quills and a drawer for stationary. The entire set raised on the original brass feet. The timber has a lovely patination and figured grain.
