Born in the early years of Queen Victoria's son Edward VII's reign, this elegant piece features a central inkwell, accentuated in the back with brass equestrian motifs such as a slanted horseshoe and topped with a horn and a whip. The ensemble is raised on a cavetto molding wooden base, whose dark hue compliments the golden color of the top beautifully.
