Restauration inkstand composed of a high, gilt bronze base with two inkwells and two penholders, decorated with a frieze of stylized flowers. The rectangular lid is topped by a patinated-bronze dog who is holding a letter in his mouth, circa 1820. Dimensions: W 2.4 in, D 4.5in, H 4.1in. Dimensions: L 6cm, P 11.5cm, H 10.5cm.
