Very nice example of a letter opener, made out of solid bronze, from the famous Jugendstil - Art Nouveau period, around 1900. This object is a beautiful desk accessory made of high quality material. At the top is a beautiful laburnum decor that has been beautifully crafted. The bronze opener has a wonderful patina, most probably made in France. Measurements approx.: height 0,39 in - 1 cm, width 10,24 in - 26 cm, depth 1,18 in - 3 cm The shape fits the hand particularly well, with a perfect patina and is a must-have for a well-appointed stylish desk.
