About the Item
This lovely match striker has a silver top, which has been well polished and loved over the years. It is mounted on the rim of the glass threaded base.
The silver cap is most likely sterling, and has been polished so much over the years that the hallmark is simply vanished. There are no signs of it being plated, such as losses to silvering.
