About the Item
Beautiful pair of vintage Murano hand blown opalescent blue and white, with controlled bubbles Italian art glass dove bird figurines. The pair is documented to the Fratelli Toso Company. Both still have original blue and silver "Murano Glass - Made in Italy" labels underneath. They are made in the “Bullicante” or control bubble technique. The opal glass shines orange (fiery opal) when in direct sunlight. Would make great display pieces on any desk, side table or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. They measure 5 3/4" long x 3 1/4" tall, and 5" long x 3 1/2" tall respectively.
