About the Item

Sculpture by Berlin artist Karsten Klingbeil (Berlin Bear and Bull). It is a very rare personal gift from the famous Berlin builder Karsten Klingbei. Solid bronze silver-plated. Very high quality, timeless and decorative sculpture. It shows the Berlin Bear with the Bull on balance. Includes certificate with original signature of Karsten and Ursula Klingbei. Karsten Klingbeil (* March 8, 1925 in Stettin; † July 1, 2016[1] in Berlin) was a German sculptor, collector and real estate entrepreneur/property developer who helped shape the Berlin cityscape at the end of the 20th century. It was not until he was 60 that he devoted himself completely to art and created many sculptural works. This small but very rare work of art was only for close friends of Karsten Klingbeil and his wife Ursula Klingbeil. It is a rare exhibit that cannot be found on the open market.
