The clear glass paperweight is of tall domed shape and encloses rows of white, red, blue and turquoise canes set around a central red and white cane. A fine antique English glass concentric paperweight with rows of star formed canes probably dating from the latter 19th century. The rounded clear glass formed weight is of domed form and contains concentric rows of blue, red and white star shaped canes arranged around a red larger central hollow star cane in white and red. The weight has a slight uneven base with a snapped pontil mark, slightly polished down, and with remnants of an old paper label.
