About the Item
A rare vintage photograph frame and a wonderful large example. Made in Italy c.1950, the vibrant green Malachite stone adds some Hollywood glamour to your interior. The glazed aperture is edged in solid 800 grade silver and smothered in gold.
The leather covered back incorporates a two-way folding easel stand allowing for it to be used in both a landscape and portrait configuration.
An outstanding and rare find remaining in superb condition. The overall size of the frame measures 12 1/2" x 10" with the picture aperture measuring 9" x 6 3/4".
