About the Item

This intense artwork was created by the Italian artist Mirella Forlivesi. Title "Stupore" traslated in "Astonishment". The piece is a multiple of 1,000 specimen numbered and signed by the author. We can offer to the public the latest pieces available. The piece will be delivered with its Certificate of Authenticity in the artistic wooden box. Mirella Forlivesi was born in Pisa to a family of Siena, Italy. She studied arts in Perugia and painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. Since young she has been always attracted by the third dimensions and in 1958 started the study of forms shaped in ceramics and metals for jewels and small sculptures. Her works may be found in Italian and foreign collections and in various Museums, among which the Museum of Contemporary Arts and Crafts in New York and the Museum of Contemporary Arts in Tunis. In 1986 the Italian RAI Radio and television dedicated a service to her sculptures. Since 1970 she lives and works in Milan. The artwork will be delivered with its Certificate of Authenticity numbered and signed by the author
