This is the Hat Block of a French Lace Cap much worn in the Bretton Region of France it is a superbly smooth shape and very attractive piece, the hat form is made in walnut on an oak stand

This very unusual and modernistic work of lighting art comes with the maker's mark M. Sabino in the base and it is another one of our latest great 'finds'.
