About the Item
Sculpture titled "Kosmiskt rum" by Swedish artist Bengt Amundin. Made from patinated bronze standing on a base of solid teak. Made in 1955 and signed with artist initial B.A and 19/150. Very good vintage condition with light patina from age and use.
The sculpture "Komiskt Rum" was raised at the Swedish interior exhibition H55, held in Helsingborg in 1955. The exhibition was considered the pinnacle of mid century design and art in Sweden during the 1950s showcasing the best artists and designer at the time.
