Chandigarh I- Grey - Design Sculpture Paolo Giordano Cement Cast
Chandigarh is a collection of sculptures inspired by the homonym city designed by Le Corbusier, who imagined and created it from nothing in India. The sculptures are made of exposed concrete, coloured with oxides that give the material pastel and chalky tones, each shade can mark the thicknesses emphasizing the contours. These small architectures can be used as vases, but also left bare as they are. Simple signs like an imaginary alphabet. Evocative structures revealing a world of improbable geometries.
Edition of 200 pieces x model numbered and signed
Designed by Paolo Giordano.
Made in Italy.
Abstract sculpture has a geometric shape and hard lines, handmade in concrete or cement in Italy, suitable for home, showrooms or hotels.
