Ed Haugevik “UNION” Monumental Abstract Steel Sculpture, 1988.
Ed Haugevik has established a career as professional sculptor placing his work at numerous private and public sites throughout the country. He launched his career as a steel sculptor in the late 1970’s, working from a Triceca loft, studying in NYC. His pieces have been acquired by serious collectors, learning institutions and corporations.
This piece was commissioned for a Marine in Maine in the late 1980’s.
