French Modern Stoneware Abstract Erotic Decor Sculpture by Barocco 1984
Barocco, is the name of a duo of French artists, Richard Tarone makes and turns the pieces and Jacques Massard de Chateneuil decorates them by hand. Barocco is a very particular style, both raw in its form and surreal in its designs.
This ceramic sculpture is free form, the illustration represents characters evolving in a dreamlike architectural setting. The treatment of the bodies in their nudity gives an impression of refined and delicate eroticism. It is characteristic of Barocco's work.
