Jiro Sugawara is a post-war artist and he was born in Japon in 1941. He studied sculpture at the Tokyo Department of
Art and Sculpture.
He won numerous prizes in Japan and abroad, where he was present in many Art Exhibitions, like Sculpture of East Japan, Tokyo. A notable show was Clevering a Donation at Kroller-Muller Museum in Otterlo, Nederlands, North Europe.
