About the Item

A fun pair of Rubik’s cube shop display models from a children’s toy shop. The pair of cubes were commissioned by a toy shop for the promotion of the famous invention by Erno Rubik. The set designed models made from wooden painted panels can be modeled in a variety of positions to display the various coloured sides. The large Rubik’s cube is solid with each side showing one of the six colours of red, blue, yellow, orange, green and white. The extra large example is in three separate sections and that are not connected. This allows the user the ability to arrange the sections into a position that displays the colours in a scrambled formation. Professionally built with fun in mind. They would make a truly wonderful interior design centre piece! Price is for the pair. English, 20th century.
