Set of two abstract hand-carved sculptures by the Dutch artist J. Metaho made in the 1970's. They are both composed in alternating sections of contrasting polished and textured stone. Sculpture No. 5 has a horizontal composition and No. 7 is based on a vertical bands. The artist shows a composition of strong lines and excellent craftsmanship, these works would be a admirable addition to any interior in this century. Sold and priced as a set of two
