Faceted colorful
playful set of ten Lucite Vasa Mihich cube sculptures, one is signed Vasa and dated '91. 2" square blocks of colors, change at angles of play of light into different hues. Vasa is a master of the laminate Lucite technique. These make a great desk accessory or a sculptural object for a cocktail table. Vasa Mihich has been working in Lucite now for over 40 years. Overall in very nice condition, light scuffs. No chips or other damage. In the style of Shlomi Haziza.

Vasa Velizar Mihich
Academically trained as a painter, Vasa Mihich originally taught theories of color as a senior Professor of Design at the University of California, Los Angeles. The octogenarian artist has been creating his striking transparent acrylic forms since the late 1960’s in his Los Angeles studio and continues to this day to be a forward-thinking innovator.
