Interesting antique horse sculpture from France; crafted, circa 1870, the sculpture features a hand painted horse made of "papier mâché", embellished by horse hair and leather painted saddle and reins. The sculpture is in good condition commensurate with age and use, with rich patinated finish. Measures: 22" W x 6" D x 18" H.
