This powerful 20th Century French Bronze Ibex Sculpture is the work of French artist Charles Reussner (1886-1961). Reussner was well known and highly sought out for his sculptures. The piece depicts a stylized mountain goat with a magnificent patina and a striking presence from any angle. Artist signed "Reussner" on the left hind leg, the Ibex is mounted on a natural stone base.
