About the Item
Circa 1925, an absolutely charming cold painted Spelter figure of a standing greyhound. This elegant lady captured standing head alert, looking forward, beautifully depicted with the long muscular legs, slimline waist with ribs showing, long tail curled at the tip and of course that gorgeous greyhound face with the long muzzle and knowing eyes. The whole surmounted on a mottled cream and white marble plinth.
