Famous bronze by Utah artist who moved to Boston and taught at Mass school of Art and was greatly respected. Monumental life-size version stands in front of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts. Stamped Gorham Foundry and signed copyright C.E. Dallin 1913. This not a recast or a later piece. This is an original casting and of the period when the artist worked.
