Offered for sale is a bronze sculpture of a rearing horse by the Mexican artist Heriberto Jaurez. Heriberto Juárez (March 16, 1932-August 26, 2008) was a self-taught Mexican sculptor, known for his depictions of women and animals. The bronze is viewed from all sides and is mounted upon a marble base with a bronze tag marked "Escultor Heriberto Jaurez, Mexico, DF". The sculpture is also signed by the artist in the bronze casting on the base. Base 8" square.
