About the Item

Contemporary Three Elefants Base by Alcino Silversmith 1902 is a handcrafted piece in 925 Sterling Silver, hammered and chiseled by excellent craftsmen, giving this piece a much higher future valorization. This piece was designed and produced in our workshop in Porto, Portugal. It is all in Sterling silver 925. The finishing is polished. This base is normally used to hold a natural agate sphere or other spheres or different bowls (stone bowls, silver bowls, ceramic bowls). Elephants have the job to mantain the entire ecosystem in a good balance. They are considered sacred animals and are a national treasure for the public in India. Three is the number of perfection, or completion. God's attributes are three: omniscience, omnipresence, and omnipotence. Time is divided in three: past, present and future. That´s why we made a three elephant base. It´s a unique combination of a versatile contemporary piece with an amazind symbolic meaning. Sterling Silver 925 Weight: 210 grames.
