18th-century hand-carved solid wood dog based on the story of Saint Rocco from Venice. The object is in overall beautiful condition and made with great craftsmanship and detail. Featuring a unique look with the dog sitting with its tongue out. Beautiful colour and patina, the sculpture light wear in accordance with age. rare decorative and religious object.
