Mid-20th Century Pair of Hand-crafted Italian Murano Cockatiel Sculptures. Beautiful sculptures feature vibrant cobalt blue with slight pink-tinged birds, with gold flecks throughout, sitting on a transparent glass base. Birds also feature a pale yellow crest. The sculpture bottom is etched and numbered 'Formia' on both cockatiels, which is a signature of high-quality Murano glass and authenticates them, indicating their limited-edition nature, adding value and collectability. Each bird sculpture weighs approximately 5 pounds.
